Mr Yang is the founder and CEO of Avema. Since the mid 90's, he has been a pioneer in the telecom and wireless cost optimization software industry. Recently, Mr. Yang introduced Avema's innovative 100% ROI guarantee. He is the author of several articles and information guides on Telecom Expense Management, as well as the book "What Great Telecom Managers Know". Mr. Yang attended the University of Waterloo in Engineering.

Mr. O'Donoghue has a successful 18-year track record in telecom, software, and services companies that include fonorola and the BDC.

Jayme Dunlop
Director of Software Engineering
Mr. Dunlop manages the software development and professional services teams. Through Agile development principles, and a strict adherence to risk analysis, he continues to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Mr. Dunlop previously worked in both the Virtualization and Automation industries, and holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Systems Engineeering.
