Chief Executive Officer
Mr Yang is the founder and CEO of Avema. Since the mid 90's, he has been a pioneer in the telecom and wireless cost optimization software industry. Recently, Mr. Yang introduced Avema's innovative 100% ROI guarantee. He is the author of several articles and information guides on Telecom Expense Management, as well as the book "What Great Telecom Managers Know". Mr. Yang attended the University of Waterloo in Engineering.

Chief Sales Officer
For over 20 years Steve has worked with aspiring sales organizations of all sizes to develop winning methodologies, new strategies and predictable sales performance. Among the many he has impacted include Hewitt Associates, where he helped to increase sales and market share in a declining market, Tradex (acquired by Ariba) where he selected and coached their CSO who was critical to their successful IPO and eventual sale, and numerous start up or early stage companies where company success or survival depended on sales increases by an order of magnitude. Mr. Dailey is a contributing author to the best selling books "Selling to VITO," "Getting the Next Appointment," and "Stop Cold Calling Forever." He is also the host of talk radio show "The Dailey Juice" on KCJE in Austin, and co-host of the internet radio program, "Quotabusters," which reaches listeners in 13 countries.

Chief Technology Officer
Dave Cook brings 25 years of IT industry experience to Avema. He has previously held the title of CTO at Yorkton Securities, as well as various senior positions at other brokerage firms. Dave has also worked with other Fortune 500 companies including Imperial Oil, IBM, and Shell. His strengths lie in taking companies to the next level by helping them rapidly scale their IT infrastructure. Dave is passionate about leading-edge technology and its application to business success.

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Dunlop manages the software development and professional services teams. Through agile development principles and a strict adherence to risk analysis, he continues to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Mr. Dunlop previously worked in both the virtualization and automation industries, and holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Systems Engineering.

Vice President of Business Development
As the VP of Business Development at Avema Corp., Mr. O'Dononghue is responsible for the company's new business, from sales to customer management. He has played an integral role in Avema's growth over the past 10 years. Mr. O'Donoghue brought to Avema a proven track-record of success in telecommunications, software, and service companies that include fonorola and the BDC.
