Avema started business over 10 years ago, performing telecom cost reviews. In their early practice, they would advise clients on getting refunds, negotiating better rates, and cost reduction strategies. Through their industry expertise they saw the need to automate these processes within companies. As early as 1997, Avema was building software to perform its telecom review services, and then began development of its software designed for use by clients.
