Primary responsibilities (within the software development team):

• - Designing visual layouts and graphics art for the user interface (UI)
• - Developing application module UI mockups and storyboards
• - Working with developers to integrate UI templates with the application
• - Maintaining and inspecting HTML source to assure quality and consistency
• - Validating implemented UI to confirm they appear and behave as designed and documented

Secondary responsibilities (within the marketing/sales team):

• - Designing and updating corporate web site
• - Designing and formatting marketing materials and white-papers
• - Building interactive presentations

Requirements:

• - Experience in working with web applications development teams
• - Excellent knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS at the level of source editing
• - Fluency in using HTML design tools (e.g. DreamWeaver)
• - Image editing and drawing tools (e.g. PhotoShop, Illustrator)
• - Familiarity with presentation design tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Flash, Director)
• - Understanding of XML and DOM is an asset
